For those who eat, sleep, live and breathe Halloween, there is no better time of year than right now. With the leaves changing colors and falling from branches, floating through the crisp, cool air and autumn breeze, it’s easy to see why so many romanticize, and anticipate, this season.

– Halloween first began as an ancient Celtic festival known as Samhain

– According to the National Retail Federation, this year Americans are forecasted to spend approximately $75 each on Halloween costumes, with a total spending expected to reach $6.9 billion
