Whether you’re a horror fan or not, you know all about ‘Friday the 13th‘ and Jason Voorhees. For those looking to celebrate October’s Friday the 13th this year in the best way possible, the real Camp Crystal Lake in Hardwick, New Jersey is hosting a tour!
The classic horror film stars one of our favorite characters and was filmed at Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco, an active Boy Scouts Camp. According to Bloody Disgusting, the campgrounds are only open to the public on rare occasions when the camp hosts special events. This marks the fourth public tour and it will have limited tickets available. Tickets will not be available at the gate on the day of the tour either.
There will be two types of tickets, Group 1 and Group 2 and they will go on sale during the week of August 28th, 2017. All information about the tour will be communicated via the camp’s mailing list.
